41 Year Old Man Troubling Sandra Bullcok

Oscar winning actress Sandra Bullock obtained a temporary restraining order against a 41 year old man who reportedly stalking the actress since 2003, she obtained the order on Monday. Thomas James Weldon is the man against whom the restraining order has been obtained by Sandra’s attorney.

According to the restraining order, he should stay away from 45 year old actress. The first restraining order was obtained by Bullock in 2003 and it expired in 2009. He was in a Tennessee mental hospital since then, but he was released 2006 and Bullock was not notified about it. So she sued the state for not informing her of his release.

Last month Weldon was in an emergency room of Wyoming and complained of sleeplessness and anxiety. He said, he drove from Tennessee to meet Sandra at her home. He also told the doctors that he has not been taking his medications properly. This proves he is mentally sick, but it is not clear when and why he was released from the hospital of Tennessee.
