There has been a shocking discovery by the scientists of the Oxford University. One has to be very careful before he takes medicines after knowing what the scientists have to say. The researchers have come up with a conclusion that the people who have been using bisphosphonates orally, as the medicines for bone diseases are in for more risk of the deadly disease cancer. This research was conducted following the registering of many cases of cancer among the bone patients.
Getting into details, it is said that the team researched on about 2000 cancer patients who were suffering from different types of cancer. The most likely case was the case of cancer of the gullet. The reason do this is said to be the excessive use of bisphosphonates as medicines for bone related diseases. This discovery has led to fear and confusion in the minds of the people as they now wonder who to listen to.
