Brian Wood memorial trust fund established for wife and unborn child

A memorial fund has been established for Brian Wood’s wife and the unborn child. Brian Wood is known for being the Company of Heroes designer, a designer at Relic Entertainment. Last week Wood was killed in an auto wreck. The memorial fund is now accepting donations. The wife Erin is six months pregnant.

Brian R. Wood was killed when his vehicle and that of a Chevy Blazer was struck head-on. The vehicle had gone out of control and crossed the median. His wife said that at the last second Brian Wood swerved to take the brunt of the collision himself to save the child and her.

For the wife and baby, a memorial trust fund is established so that Erin can manage her baby through incredibly difficult and tragic time. Szymon Mazus of Radical Entertainment said, “Brian was a very close friend… He was just the kindest, most down to earth person you could ever hope to meet, as is Erin. We have set up a trust fund to help Erin and the baby during this very difficult time.”

Donations can be made in person to the trust at any of the North Shore Credit Union branch in the Lower Mainland area of British Columbia. It can also be made via regular mail or online through PayPal. A website has been made: brianwoodmemorialtrust.com.
