Martina Navratilova and Chris Evert are very close friends.  There tennis due dominated the court in the 1970′s and 80′s.  Ironically,  The documentary uses their friendship as a window into their rivalry.  ESPN covers a conversation of the duo in Long Island last October.  They are talking about what they have in common and what not.  Evert does not understand how Navratilova can just cry on the court, who is known for having emotional outbursts.  Underneath, Evert seceretly admires how she is not afraid to show her true feelings on the court.  They were very close friends and even practiced together.  They even practiced together when they were going to have a match against each other.  The press had clearly favored Evert but it did not bother Navratilova.  Before Navratilova gained widespread support by the public, Evert stuck by her side.
