First lady Michelle Obama marked 9/11 anniversary in Shanksville, pa

First lady Michelle Obama was in Shanksville, Pennsylvania to mark the 9th anniversary of 9/11. Here 40 people were killed by one of the four hijacked planes that crashed in a field.

Michelle Obama remembered the passengers of the hijacked plane who revolted against the terrorists and forced the terrorists to crash in the field instead of the intended target.

Firsl lady said that on flight 93 were men and women who were college students and grandparents, who were businessmen, writer, lawyer, engineer, pilots, flight attendants and from all different backgrounds. She added that all of them took a different path on the day, but in awful moment they were called to make an impossible choice and agreed to bold plan. Mrs. Obama mentioned that they called thier loved ones and comforted them instead of seeking.

Laura Bush, former first lady was also present. She spoke and said that the passengers had spared America from even greater horrors.
