Increase In Obesity Rates

According to a recent report, Obesity rates in 28 states of Unites States have increased during the last year. 25 percent of obesity rate has become very common in two thirds of states now. Obesity is one of the serious life threatening risks in the country.

Health costs have been increasing everyday in the country, and obesity is one of the main causes for this. 30 percent of African Americans, 40 percent of Latinos and 29 percent of white children come under obesity rates. Black and Latinos outweighed whites.

Obesity in adults may cause high blood pressure and some serious risks related to heart. So many weight loss and diet programs, diet pills, weight loss treatment, seems all these things are not enough to fight obesity or we are not trying on our part!!
