Inverted nipples- too serious a problem?

Off late the issues of people having inverted nipples is seen more commonly. It is said that the cases are increasing off late and the exact reason for this cannot be found out. People are of the opinion that this may lead to a problem when the lady has to breast feed, but the doctors think otherwise. Getting into the exact details, it is said that approximately around 20 percent of the people have inverted nipples .This problem is seen among men too, but it is not much of an issue as they do not have to breast feed.
The inverted nipples sometimes tend to be straight during the periods of pregnancy when the kid latches on to it. However, this may be a permanent phenomenon or a temporary one. There are chances of terrible pain among these women, when the baby latches on hard to the nipple. Doctors are still on the look out for the solution to this problem.
