Lil Wayne Birthday

Today is the birthday of Lil Wayne, but it was a bittersweet one. He turns 28 and still confined to a cell at Rikers Island, but a silver lining is there. The release date is nearing. Only a month left. And today is also his latest album’s release – I Am Not a Human Being. It is only the digital. On October 12 is the release of physical version.

Since 15 years he has been into music business. Then he appeared alongside Juvenile, Turk and B.G. It was the debut of the Hot Boys. The album was launched in 1997. It was Get It How U Live!

Since then Weezy was almost never off the radar. With the Cash Money crew’s work he had given some promising work. We still remember the 1999 solo debut Tha Block Is Hot. The next great hit was 2005′s Tha Carter II. It was like a blossom to him.

Some of the mixtapes of Wayne are among the best in the last decade in music world. The most notably was Dedication 2 of 2006 and 2007′s Da Drought 3.
