Teddy Pendergrass songs were shown on cable’s TV one at 10PM
Four thousand people came to mourn the death of Teddy Pendergrass at Philadelphia’s Enon Tabernacle Baptist Church after his death on January 13th. Having eight gold and platinum albums to his credit, he was shown on Unsung Monday show at 10PM on Cable TV One. It is Comcast channel 75 in Philadelphia and Channel 173 in most of the New Jersey cable systems.
The singer had a tremendous sex appeal with the women and his “ladies only” concerts in 70’s and 80’s are considered legendary in the history of music.
The girls used to go wild with him and underwear littered the stage. He had a unique way of persuading every woman in his own way and felt that he is singing only for her. The musicians who have worked with the star have also shared their remarkable experiences of working with him in various stages of his singing carrier.
