During the course of time we saw a large number of people who joined the Internet, became millionaires and disappeared off the scene. Although some names remained in history books, we are now looking at the new Internet Entrepreneurs, the newcomers who changed the face of the Internet and how we are using it.
Mark Zuckerberg is known as the co-founder of the world’s biggest social community, Facebook.com. At the age of 26 he is the worlds’ youngest self-made billionaire, with an estimated personal wealth exceeding $4 Billion. Facebook is probably one of the world’s biggest online successes with companies like Microsoft acquiring a 1.6% stack in it and Google who tried to acquire the service and failed.

Sergey, Larry and Eric are the founders and owners of the world’s most popular and most used search engine, Google.com. With a combined worth exceeding $40 Billion, these three individuals changed the way in which the Internet is used by billions of people from around the world and also the way in which businesses conduct business online.
Matt Mullenweg established fame after establishing the worlds’ most used open source blogging platform, WordPress. Not only does Matt’s creation power millions of blogging websites, but he is also a renowned entrepreneur and public speaker.
Jimmy Wales is the International renowned co-founder of Wikipedia. Wikipedia instantly established itself as the world’s most popular online encyclopedia maintained by visitors to the website. Jimmy is also a renowned entrepreneur and established himself amongst the ranks of the world’s few billionaires.
Craig Newmark single-handedly changed the Internet’s world of advertising when he launched his online classifieds service, Craigslist. Here visitors can post unlimited free classifieds from around the world or join online discussion forums. With 20 billion page views a month, Craigslist established itself as one of the world’s leading websites.
Evan Williams are today known as the CEO of the popular social network Twitter.com. What few people know is the fact that Evan Williams have been involved in establishing the ‘blogging’ craze on the Internet as he was involved years back with Pyra Labs, the company that created the Weblog and Blogger Software.
