Vaccine for Swine Flu’s contracts ‘lacked get out clauses’
From recent news from the health world it has been seen that the contracts that were negotiated recently by the United Kingdom government for the vaccine for Swine Flu now should have got the get out clauses so as to protect the money of the taxpayers. This has been reportedly said by some experts. At almost every household of the United Kingdom there were leaflets sent regarding the swine flu by the government of the country. This however was an independent review which was basically leaded by the former medical chief officer for Wales Dame Deirdre Hine who had said that it was just one of the lessons of life that he thinks should be learnt by the people.
It was also seen that there were some communications regarding the pandemic which were quite confusing. But as an overall report it praised the approach and also said that the total spending of 1.2 billion pounds on the responding and preparation was totally justified. The review had also said that all the four devolved administrations were seen working together efficiently.
